I am going to be DJ-ing an adult birthday party...all party-goer's, go knowing the night will end in an orgy, what they don't know is when that will happen. My question to you all is this:

what tracks are in your deck that make you want to take off your clothes?

I've got a bunch of ideas, and could could get the place hot, but I want insurance. I want help from you cats- the connoisseurs

I'll fold my hands and await the collective response.

Probably not much in the discopunk genre. I'd go for Thievery Corporation or Zero 7 myself. Maybe some Cocteau Twins.

I agree that k&D sessions or zero 7 would be nice for when people get there clothes off... and I've got that covered. I'm thinking of things like Hot Chip, DFA, Soft Pink Truth to get folk's asses shake'in, in the preliminary.

Plenty of good sexy discopunk. I recommend a lot of tracks with female vocals.

    Here are some good ones:

The Juan Maclean "You can't have it both ways"

Playgroup "Make It Happen" (Ewan Pearson mix)

    Primal Scream "Some Velvet Morning"

Goldfrapp many to choose from, eg "Strict Machine," "Number 1" (Alan Braxe and Fred Falke Mix), "Ooh La La"

    Kylie Minogue "Slow"

    Peaches-- anything

New Young Pony Club "Jerk Me," "Ice Cream"

    ESG "Moody"

Grace Jones "Pull Up to the Bumper"

Blow Up, featuring Lydia Lunch "On the Prowl"

        Also, more disco than punk:

Loose Joints "Is It All Over My Face?"-- can also be played later in the evening, with irony

        Donna Summer "I Feel Love"
